TRAVELS: LEFKE, CYPRUS

Every year I aim to go abroad for my birthday. In 2016 it was no different although the twist was that this trip was also my honeymoon with my travel partner and now husband, Will of Wandering Brown. It was his suggestion to visit Cyprus, spending time in both Northern and Southern Cyprus. Out honeymoon began in Lefke, which is Northern Cyprus.  We visited during the the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan and so there were lots of people attending the local mosques in the village.
